I like it as well.  The colors of the chakras it depicts are very close to what I believe, just missing one it looks like.  Cannot tell if that last one is on the third eye or crown.

Ever notice how the colors represent a rainbow in order?  Red is a very low frequency color, and violet being the highest.  When you look at each chakra, it starts making a lot of sense….

Yeah, I noticed that too (about the colors). I noticed that the crown isn't depicted necessarily as a chakra, but I interpret the halo around his head as the crown chakra.

 That's why I was drawn to this painting – the dipiction of the chakras during meditation. It's amazing.
